Producing the Performance in Production Phase
As the narrator, it is your personal preference how you decide to upload audio files to the project. You can choose to upload files all at once, in batches, or individually.
The rights holder is notified via email and the notification bell each time a new file is uploaded. Rights holders can also make time-stamped comments on each audio file.
You will be notified via email and via the notification bell when the author adds a time-stamped comment, or requests a revision on the audio file.
Submitting Performance to Final Review
Once all required sections have the final audio uploaded, you can submit the full performance for the Rights Holder to review and approve.
The Rights Holder can choose to approve the full performance, or they can choose to go back to Production to continue working on the audio together.
Be sure to utilize our Automatic Time-Stamped Comment System! It automatically adds the time-stamp of the audio to your comment containing feedback!
Any feedback added will go directly to the rights holder, and the rights holder will be able to comment back to you as updates occur.
You’ll be notified via email and via the notification system on your Dashboard whenever you have a new interaction.
